Five Forms of Female Courage
Women hold a particular form of conversation with the world, and pass through unique thresholds of courage along the way. In this talk, David looks at five of these thresholds, illuminating a path that deepens both our individual and collective human experience. With poetry, humor and thought-provoking commentary, David addresses themes such as learning to say no, Different forms of Beauty and The Courage to Accept Life’s Invitation. This talk was given as a benefit for Young Women Empowered, an organization devoted to empowering women to stand up as leaders in their schools, communities and the world. A portion of the proceeds of the sale of this recording will be donated to further their good work.
