The Greater Good Training for Health Professionals
These are challenging, traumatic times for health professionals. Overcrowded ICUs, staff shortages, harassment, and chronic stress—they’ve all intensified burnout. The daily grind can leave you feeling undervalued, underappreciated, and emotionally exhausted. That’s why we created a program specifically designed for health professionals on the go.
In this training series, you’ll get:
- Short, bite-sized learning modules that don’t take a lot of time to complete
- Research-based strategies rooted in the latest developments in neurophysiology
- Actionable, research-based practices you can implement—individually or in teams—to help you build your own resilience, and better support and connect with your patients, clients, and colleagues
The online training will be co-led by UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center founding faculty director Dr. Dacher Keltner and director of training Dr. Eve Ekman, representing pioneering work in the scientific study of resilience, purpose, and connection—the science of a meaningful life. The training can be considered like a tool box, with each module providing practical techniques to learn and share.
